- Participants must attend the entire seminar, NO EXCEPTIONS. Participants CANNOT leave early for practice, a game, or to officiate.
- When a seminar is shown as full, additional participants will NOT be admitted at any time. If a slot opens, it is the responsibility of the participant to select the open slot. WHOA does NOT maintain a waiting list or notify individuals of open slots.
- Seminar registration closes three days prior to the seminar day (i.e. registration for a Saturday seminar closes at 11:59 PM on the Tuesday prior). Registrations are not accepted after the close of registration under any circumstance.
- Walk-up registrations on the day of the seminar are NOT permitted.
