The Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) requires all affiliate associations to name a Referee Scheduler for their local association no later than October 31 of the current season. In addition, the Referee Scheduler must schedule only officials eligible to officiate games in Wisconsin. To assist local associations, WHOA utilizes Officiating Services, Inc. (OffServ) to generate lists of eligible officials.

New and returning schedulers must request website login credentials annually by clicking here and filling out "Need a Password?" information.
