Guidelines for Contacting WHOA:
The President is responsible for the function of the WHOA Board of Directors and should be contacted for all Board related matters.
Region Directors act as liaisons between local associations and the WHOA. They are always a good place to start with a question although they may refer an official on to a more appropriate individual if necessary. Region Directors are also responsible for reviewing state play-off and state tournament officiating assignments.
The Referee-in-Chief is responsible for the day to day operations of the WHOA including but not limited to Game Reports, Incident Reports, rules interpretations, registration questions, and member eligibility. The Referee-In-Chief is WHOA's representative on the WAHA Board of Directors.
